Criminal and Civil Justice
The criminal justice system in the United States is full of disparities that disproportionately affect poor and minority communities. Black Americans are incarcerated at nearly five times the rate of white Americans, and systemic barriers impact their ability to fully participate in society. At the Justice Foundation, we work tirelessly to illuminate these injustices and advocate for reforms. Through education, advocacy, and legal action, we aim to create a justice system that truly upholds fairness and human dignity for all peoples, regardless of their socioeconomic status or ethnicity.
Women’s reproductive rights are fundamental human rights. In the United States, access to reproductive healthcare, including contraception and safe, legal abortion services, is increasingly under threat. We believe that every woman should have the autonomy to make informed decisions about her own body. By defending these rights we ensure that future generations grow up in a world where women’s health and autonomy are respected and protected.
The increasing harm to the environment and health risks posed by genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are key issues that demand attention. Marginalized, poor and minority communities often bear the brunt of environmental injustices, from pollution and climate disasters to unsafe food practices and unhealthy drinking water. The Justice Foundation promotes climate justice and advocates for transparent labeling and comprehensive research on GMOs. We strive to create awareness and drive change, fostering a healthier and more equitable world.
